Designing e-learning platforms for leading hotel brands, aimed at training internal employees across diverse topics—including data privacy compliance and the introduction of new Masterbrand strategies. Each platform was tailored to ensure engaging, accessible, and brand-consistent learning experiences.

Being involved within the full creative process — working from the initial schematics to establish a visual look and feel. Designing the storyboards, developing the style guide, and defining the direction for transitions, interactions, and animations. Overseeing the entire e-learning experience through to final testing and quality assurance.

This is one example of several e-learning platforms I have developed for brands under the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG); InterContinental Hotels, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Staybridge Suites, Candlewood Suites and Hotel Indigo. As well as designing e-learning for motoring companies; BMW and Rolls Royce.
